Reported Speech

- Used to report what someone said.

Examples:

“I love clothes", Hilary said.

- Hilary said she loved clothes.

“Lola doesn't have her own suitcase", she reveled.

- She reveled Lola didn't have her own suitcase.

“I am having a very good time in Toronto", she said.

- She said she was having a very good time in Toronto.

"I will perform in London next week"
- She told the journalist she would perform in London the following week.
